Select Properties was chosen due to our ability to outperform our peers and exemplify what employees value most in the workplace. We are beyond excited to receive this recognition and stand out as one of the best businesses in the city.

So how did it happen? The Post-Dispatch received more than 44,000 survey responses to help name 150 area employers as Top Workplaces for 2019. These businesses ranged from small to some of the biggest corporations in the region. Each shared key qualities for success, including effective leadership, strong values, a clear direction, and motivated employees.
